We are open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm. And 12pm to 5pm on Sundays.

At present we build in Cape Coral and Fort Myers. However we do have to charge an additional travelling expense for certain areas of Fort Myers. Please contact us with you lot location and we will be able to tell you if we will build there.

The length of time it takes to build varies from house to house. But on average our homes take between 12 and 14 months to construct, depending on the size of the house and the number of extras.

As a custom build we work with all our home owners to make sure that they get the home design they want. If you already have a floor plan (copyright permitting) or have something in mind we will work with you to bring your dreams to life.

Southwest Florida is threatened every year by hurricanes and tropical storms. Bella Builders not only fulfils the State and County hurricane regualtions but we surpasses them. We build some of the strongest and safest homes in Southwest Florida.

If you have a water lot we can build a dock and boatlift for you. We would give you an individual plan and price for your dock and work with you to make sure it is exactly what you want.

As a custom builder, we try to be as flexible as possible for you, so you can make certain changes to your home (construction permitting). Of course, the more changes you make the longer your house will take to build!
