| 5/27/2009 - Major Office Re-Model in Progress - Please Bear With Us |
| Now that season is over Bella Builders is undertaking a major re-model of its office's. Through the months of June and July the interior of our facility will be completely re-fitted, and the exterior will be updated. Our new premises will offer state of the art facilities, internet and work areas.
Due to the nature of construction work, and our strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety laws, there will be significant periods where our team will be unable to answer the phone.
If you experience a period of absence please bear with us and leave a message. We will be checking them regularly.

| The Bella Staff today started to design the new home concepts for Lake Tuscany. Our designs will feature new cutting edge ideas to lower the carbon footprint of the home and save our customers money. |

| 4/26/2009 - Green Meeting a Success |
| Today Senior members of Bella Builders met with the local electric utility and manufacturers of green technology to develop a strategy to incorporate their ideas into the new energy friendly homes. The meeting was a success and Bella's designers will start to add these ideas and products in their new home designs. |

| Lake Tuscany will be the newest sub-division in Cape Coral. Bella Builders has agreed to become a prefered builder in this exciting cutting edge project and will develop and build two new model homes.
